Kayaking
Jim and I have decided to take up kayaking. After much discussion and quite a bit of research, we decided to go with an inflatable kayak. This was based mostly on our lifestyle, of being fulltime RV'ers. The boat, a SeaEagle 380x, weighs 47 lbs, and of course deflates and folds up for storage. It's rated for up to Class IV white water rapids, although we'll be mainly floating the lakes and creeks. Several of the creek in area we're in now have Class III rapids, but we've a bit of learning to do before we try that!
We ordered the pro package, and I also ordered the fly fishing seats so we can fish in it as well.
